Ayurvedic approach in treating any kind of diseases is a true surgery in the sense that in modern surgical interference the disease part/ growth is removed & the disease process is not taken care of but in ayurvedic approach the disease is removed by reversing the disease process itself, so ayurveda way of treatment is a kind of surgery without surgical instruments.
